If there is no court order granting you sole occupancy of the marital residence he may come and go as he pleases, and so may you. If you change the locks, he could legally break in to what legally remains his residence (whether or not he lives there). I assume you both are on the title to the home, which means, absent of a court order stating otherwise, he can come and go, and you cannot change the locks.
