Okay....The process was explained to me. They determine if it is a violation of the TRO and then determine if she is a threat. They determined there was a violation but she wasn't a threat so they did not put her in Lock Up...I'm actually glad they didn't, mentally she would have broke and that would have led to the 5th floor in the county hospital.
I wrestled with a lot of emotion today, but I think it was mostly the lack of the familiar and not specifically the lack of her...I wrestled with a lot of pity for her today...but I wonder if after 15 years of me trying to help her, support her and fix her if I really even need to pity her.
The end result is I want her to be a well person so my kids have a well, stable mother...let's face it, when it comes to women (and men) everyone is replaceable...but we cannot replace our parents and we can never replace our children.
Bouncing back will be easy....watching her deteriorate will be hard, if she doesn't get help...hopefully this is the wake up call and now I can move on and she can finally move towards healing.
I have a business to rebuild, kids to teach and care for and the next half of my life began on the January 22nd...the day I broke the cycle.
