Hello problem with ex and Visitation

I have Joint legal custody, she has physical,
Since going to England to go to Medical school, She has denied phone calls and visitation telling me she doesn't have to.
The children are 16 and 14 yrs old and very upset. I sent money to the children to get passports so they can visit and was going to share the cost of the flights but she said let's go to court!

I pay child support and it's on time, I pay for other expenses of the children too. She used to fly them down to Ga, 3 times a year for visitation. She thinks that because the decree states Ga. Once I left the state (I'm still a resident while at school) I lost my rights. This is the third time since divorce visitation was denied I've won in court twice.

Is there anything else I can do other than court?
