Okay, well New Jersey is a equitable distirbution state, so although your spouse would be entitled to a share of the house, she would also be responsible for half of the mortgage. It does not matter whose name the property or the mortgage is in if they were applied for during the marriage.

Just out of curiosity, why did the judge order you to "pay all the expenses"?
