I'm sorry, where does it say she's not working at all? She keeps referring to a "better job", which, in fact she had (she WAS making more than him). If he got a raise, that's a FIXED increase, not like a raise comes and goes. It's either in your paycheck, or it's not. Granted, OT is not; however if she can prove a consistent trend?
OP... did your lawyer provide you a copy of the guidelines? Just curious. We've been told here (in NY.. Suffolk) that if you're NOT supplied with an ACTUAL COPY of the guidelines, that's automatic grounds to appeal. (told to us by the attorney who heads the Matrimonial Council for Suffolk County)
