Not in mine and the reson is tehcnically the money is owed the provider, not the CP. In order for a judgemenbt and subsequent order for garnishment to be ordered, proof has to be produced that the debt to the provider was paid, so if you provided proof he was paid, fine although I wouldn doubt the proof you provided was your portion, in effect perjury.

But at the end of the day, the goal is to get the bills paid so do whatever it takes and whatever works.
