No. I would not characterize the law as it relates to division of property as one that denies due process or any of the other things that you relate. I think your overblown hyperbole on the subject is little more than dissatisfaction with the presumption created under law based on the marriage contract. And 'yes' - I have already read you blather about the marriage contract. Moreover, in any case, each party has a right to a full and fair hearing where they may argue for a different division if it is deemed fair.

In short, I don't think your pitched complaints have any legal merit.

If you don't like it, don't get married OR have a prenuptial agreement drafted. It is really that simple.
