I disagree, at least for my particular case. My case worker has and continues to work hard for me. Sometimes, her hands are tied by my state's rules, but overall, I am very happy with her efforts, even when they don't always produce the desired results. Neither bf nor I are charged any fees from the state, but according to state law, his employer can charge him a $3 fee per check to compensate them for the additional work involved for income withholding.
