That's what I thought, my fear is that his oscar nominating role of professional victim may play to the ear of a bleeding heart liberal. He lives on the other side of the USA and the cs worker went in place of me due to hardship. It's just so frusterating that he was even allowed a continuance.. my assumption is that the judge asked for proof maybe? I know that he plans to provide some sort of documentation from a school when he was a child (this man is 30 something now) showing that he had violent outbursts. He even submitted documents showing how his "bills" and "spending" increased since he was served about child support, his "fans" on his favorite NCP forum keep encouraging him to pile up the bills and to "screw her over" and call me a money sucking cow (in other words that are appropriate). But $84 a month for a coin collection started after the DNA test doesn't fly with me and $575 bucks for videos and video games, I only hope a judge see's through this. The only true bill he has is $450 which is his rent with all utils included. I'm just worried that there are no rights for my child. He made this out to be all about him.. but it should be about my child. My disabled child who deserves a few extra things in life, which is what that money would provide.
That NCP forum, the posters don't bother to see the truth that this man is a dead beat dad and legally he should have to pay.
