For heavens sake, the girl has armpit hair! Don't let her get teased by her classmates. Not good at all.

Teach her to use a razor. Make it a celebration of womanhood. Just you and her. Go to Target, let her pick out a brand of razor that tickles her fancy. Let her pick out her brand of shave cream.

Just out of curiousity, why did you bring it up to Dad and SM?
