I thought mortgage companies used the middle score? Doesn't matter the source, just that they threw out the highest, and the lowest and took the middle? At least that's what I was told when I did mine in 2005. Doesn't matter, I can't refi anyway (which is funny, cuz every other creditor under the sun wants to throw money at me, but refi my property? He!! to the no!)
