Yeah.. lots of times in life the "gut" is all we have to go on ;)
You're looking at it from all angles, and you're doing what you can do to research and learn and you're getting advice from those who should know what they're doing (sorry to use should, but... some of these folks haven't seemed so bright).
I wish you luck with whatever you and her dad decide to do in the morning. At least you know you're doing what you can do and sometimes that's all we can do :) Chin up!
