Thanks my friend........How is your new job? I was reading that you are not teaching anymore, what happened? You were so devoted to the profession, I'm sorry to hear this.

In the "big" district next to us, they have a hiring freeze and a canning peeps big time. Our district has always had to conserve so we don't have much we can do with out. Our tests scores are top in the state so we shall get another raise. I know that overall though, with the economy as it is, eduction is hurting too. Scares me as I have been doing this 27 years now and I always fear they will realize they can hire two first year teachers to my one position. Hopefully I have done a good enough job they won't ever consider that.......lol.

Thanks for the thoughts. The situation though really isn't bad for me per say, I feel for the kids as usual, but now, I feel sorry for his wife. He's got issues in a big way.
