Any suggestions as to WHY...

...this is bothering me so much?

I posted before about gr8Mom trying to be the ANTI me, or the ANTI us, but it is getting worse.

First, when we got together, WE decided (with a LOT of input from her, but I will not shirk my responsibility, as I agreed) on the ages when certain things would be allowed. Such as, when they could date, have a cell phone, get cartilidge and belly button pieced, the age difference for a boyfriend or girlfriend etc. Example, 15.5 for a cell phone, 16 for a belly button ring, 15 for a catilidge piercing, etc.

Well, last night I had a little get together, and two of the step kids showed up. The 13 year old now has a cell phone and the 14 year old (the one that is OPENLY sleeing with the 18 year old, against the rule of "NO more than 2 years difference in BF/GF ages" which was STRICTLY enforced against MY daughter) has a belly button piercing and a cartilidge peircing.

It is REALLY bugging me, and I can't figure out WHY...
