Newsday, a New York-based newspaper, is running a web feature on New York's divorce system, which as you probably know has the unique distinction of not allowing couples to divorce simply by mutual consent. We've put together a community forum to discuss the "fault-based" divorce process in New York, its impact on family dynamics, and potential channels for reform. We've invited several experts as well as our readers to dialog on these issues in an online discussion board.
