Offer money. Its clear that's what she wants...make it seem to her like she's getting the best out of the situation. I hate to say this but if you offer her spousal support she may be more willing to get a divorce. A contested divorce is difficult, ESPECIALLY if you're overseas. There are these online document services, I used one (jointdivorce.com) made it really easy but it has to be non contested.
