the person receiving alimony is the one that may or may not have to uphold to cohabitation - not the person paying it.

he is paying you based on his income level. not if he has an extra dollar.
now if he were to get a 2nd job then you may have an arguement for more alimony but as it stands, his girlfriend, roommate or or whatever there may be is not responsible for giving you a comfortable lifestyle - you'll have to be responsible for that...
