At the last court date, he still claimed he doesn't have a job and I don't know if he will have one at the next hearing. But the magistrate said she will impute his income based on his tax return, which is reported 6 figures.

I live in one of the most expensive cities in the country. My rent is 1800 and is just a one-bedroom apartment, day care in my neighborhood is 350 a week. So you can imagine what the ridiculous 50 a week to support my child. And the other loser who answered above said I can support my child with 50 a week.
