Teenager wanting to move.

Hello, I have a 14 year old that wishes to go live with her father. I have sole custody, and he has had minimal contact (his choice) with her for the last two years. He recently broke up with his girlfriend, and is now seeing our daughter again. She of course misses him, due to the fact that he hardly seen her for two years, and now thinks she would like to live with him for a week, and me for a week. This devestates me, because I have given my heart and soul to this child, when he has neglected her and shunned her. I do not believe that a joint arrangement would work, because we parent very differently, and live very different lifestyles, which is why we split in the first place. She is at the age where we have had to discipline her for lying and sneaking out, and when we do this she threatens to move to her fathers, thinking that we will not discipline her if she does this. I feel like I am on an emotional rollercoaster with her. I am scared to discipline her for fear that she will leave, but I usually end up doing it anyways. I don't want to lose the daughter I have loved for the last 14 years. I know moving will be detrimental for our relationship, but I'm not sure I should stop her. Please I need some good advice.
