The problem is that now I am afraid that if I divorce him he will come and take half of the house since I live in a community property state. I contacted his family and did the publication thing...but he is a fisherman in California and sometimes Hawaii. So who knows where he is plus he is not exactly a tax paying citizen he likes to stay off the radar.
