People have been answering you.

You don't have any documentation on the abuse and if he wants to stock up on guns, ammo and food with his money, he has a right to (although I think it's a sign of pure crazy).

You have a choice. Stay or leave. What other kind of advice are you looking for? He's a nut but after 12 years, you should have figured this out..oh...11 years ago at the latest.

Bottom line as far a the guns are concerned, you will end up with 1/2 of them which will be yours to do as you please. Sell them or whatever. And if he starts smacking you around, call the cops.
