Newest incident - he "accidentally" kicked me

I was sitting on bleachers at a hockey game, teetering on the edge of my seat in the back row. I'm a really skinny girl and there was easily 2 feet of space behind my butt on the bench I sat on.
X came up the closer-to-me stairs on my right. He sat with his friend in the back row as well.
In the middle of the game, X apparently needed to exit the game. He chose to not use the close-by staircase he used to enter the bleachers. He chose not to take the clear path down the bleachers and over in the front of the bleachers to exit at the far exit on my left.
Instead, X chose to walk directly on my bleacher bench, directly behing me to the far stairs. In spite of my butt being scootched forward on the bench, X apparently did not have enough foot-room and as he walked by, I felt a very hard (not just a "graze") kick in my lower back (the part where, on a woman, the upper part of the rear hip bone just before the butt-fat). Since I have little fat, I felt his boot squarely hit my bone and it hurt.
I looked up to see him fein a trip and he did not look back, did not apologize even though it was clear to me he knew he hit me since he "tripped".
I swear to you, did he not just purposely kick me?
What do I do?
