After two years, it is unlikely that a contempt motion would result in much relief. The child is now established in another state. I imagine you may be able to seek some accomodation on the transportation of the child for parenting time purposes or even seek to modify the parenting schedule.

If neither party maintains their primary residence in Illinois, the case could bemoved to the jurisdiction where the child resides.

The child support issues is not an issue. The child was cared for by the parents or grandparents and proving that it child suport was not applied for that purpose is an exercise in futility.

You certainly recite a number of facts that would have warranted a Motion to seek a change of custody or a parentinbg schedule, but you failed to act on those issues in a timely fashion. It appears that your window of opportuinity may have closed.
