thank you for your input...i am the cp, and i was just questioning if i can claim her do to the fact that he hasnt had me sign the form 8332 yet, the divorce decree states no later then jan. 15th of each year....and i know that somewhere in the fed guidelines it says the parent that has the child the most nights is the one due the claim of depend. does one law outweigh the other...thanks again melissa...p.s. he dosnt take our daughter much due to the fact that he and his girlfriend are taking a break from overnighters, this is just so confusing
