Extracurricular Activities for children

My fiance has a property settlement agreement on file as a result of her divorce with the outline of child support, custody arrangements, parental communication, college etc..
There is absolutley no mention of 'extracurricular' activities for the children in her agreement. My question is as follows: Shouldn't her ex be responsible for contributing to extracurricular activities such as summer camp, soccer, girl scouts, cub scouts etc...? In other words, even though the document makes no reference at all to 'extracurricular / extraordinary' expenses, is there not an obligation for the other parent to share in these expenses?
Thank you.
