Personal: 10 years of verbal/emtional abuse from drunk X. 3 years of moment physical. Mother was addicted to drinking and at times drugs, so that left me to be the mother hen many times, while dad was working.

I am always reading to knowledge myself, and I think to find an answer! Which I'm finding is only in myslef. I read every al-non book I can get my hands on. which deal alot with abuse in all aspects.

Right now I'm ready ...In all our affairs, making crises work for you. (Good I recommend it.)
