domestic issue

My wife called police and got me arrested. She gave a statement that I beat her which is not true. But now police is taking her statement as true as GOD. And I am charged. Now in this world of women, what options do I have on my first court date ????
Guilty or not??????not means about 1-2 years of hassle and lot of money into lawyer's pocket. I do not have much money either.

what options do i have ???? :confused:

Any suggestions ????
