That’s a short story for such a huge question, maybe a little more info, like…
What has been going on as of lately that may or may not have stemmed recent events and so forth and so on.

Too your question, first I would say you can’t stall a divorce. Trust me when I say it’s long enough as it is. I hate to be the one to tell you this but, if it’s going to happen, it’s going to happen. Remember you have no control over what he does.

Communication is key at this point and, I would suggest you sit and have a talk with him. If for nothing more simply so you can find out what his true intensions are regarding your marriage. I would not demand an answer but rather ask. Be prepared for an answer you may not want to here.

As far as the sex thing I would not let that be an indicator into anything as me and my ex-wife had sex on several occasions during our separation and divorce.
