First, thanks for your response. My decree does not specifically state anything about relocation, but these issues are addressed:
We are both custodial and she is the residential parent
The parties agree that both should co-parent.
Each party acknowledges the continuing need of the minor children for close, frequent and continuing contact with both parents and the need for each parent to have input into the decisions affecting the upbringing and raising of the minor children
The parties agree to discuss the major decisions effecting the health, education, religous training and general welfare of the minor children prior to any decision being made.
The parties agree that in the event they cannot agree on a major decision effecting the health, education, religion or well being of the minor children, they should enter into mediation in an attempt to resolve said dispute.
In the event that the parent takes the children for an extended period to a place other than their residence, that parent shall inform the other parent of the children's whereabouts.
That the parties have agreed that their children shall continue in the schools they are currently attending.
