Sounds like according to your divorce decree, you are both bound to go into mediation. First thing I would do is take her right into court first thing Monday morning. File.

I'm not exactly sure what you would file. Emergency custody? Maybe not because she's still here. You are probably going to have to call a lawyer and ask them what you need to file exactly and then go do it. Stop her in her tracks before it gets uglier than it is going to.

Trust me, my son is looking at some ugly stuff right now.
