This makes you even more stupid. The law doesn't see it as no conviction, no abuse, but as no conviction, not enough proof of abuse. Doesn't mean he DIDN'T do it, just that it couldn't be proven. Yet if he admitted it, that's proof.

More proof of your stupidity is "15 years and ALL OF A SUDDEN he starts knocking her around???" It has happened more often than you could imagine. I know people who never picked up a bottle for years but then became alcoholics after one drink. People change, circumstances change. If you don't believe it, you're not only stupid, but a fool.

Who's pattern? Yours? My husband never laid a hand on me all during dating of 2 years and for the first part of our marriage. Wasn't until I was several months pregnant that he started to snap every now and then, becoming more frequent and more severe as the pregnancy went on. I guess he didn't fit your pattern either.

ROFLMFAO!!! Boasting is a sign of inferiority. Someone TRULY far more experienced wouldn't feel the need to blurt out how superior they feel. ;)
