We are not arguing, and she was already planning on filing for divorce, she wants us to file the paperwork on our own, no lawyers or anything. The plan that we had was for me to get a house and the kids would stay with me. But I wouldn't be able to afford that without saving up for a security deposit at this time. She is also planning on moving on June 1st. We just talked again, and she said she will take the kids until August, and then I can find a place and they can move in with me. There are no issues with custody or support, unless she is lying about that too. I just feel like I may have made a hasty decision, and that once I move, there will be no chance of her changing her mind, although that is probably already the case. But being here, I just keep hoping, and I'm thinking if I move, it will be easier to accept the way things are.
