Yes. Call the cops and have her arrested.

You are not protecting her by letting her get away with this. You're allowing her to continue about her life without treatment for the sickness she has.

If she's held accountable for her actions she's much more likely to get help. At the very least, she'll be much more likely to think twice before she lays a hand on you again.
