I have went through simular circumstances and I already have it out of my head that I do not want to go back to it. Because I know in my heart changing things isn't going to happen. But ofcoarse, the abuse in my case was a little strong and without in my life makes my life so much better.
Happier and more stable times are for the better. Its part of survival. Believe me every day gets better. Dont worry and be happy.
