What abuse and control? Did he hit you when you did something wrong? Did he order you not to do something and yell and scream at you if did it anyway. What were the issues? Was it you not acting like your were married around other men? Was it everything you did was wrong (I know that is unpleasant, I lived it never being able to make my wife happy and getting yelled at all the time) and just couldnt have fun with him? Were you acting like other men were more important your kids (if you have any) and him. Did he have two different standards for conduct? One liberal one for him and a restrictive one for you?

I am sorry, I just do not remember your other post about it. My wife is now claiming I was "cruel and inhumane" to her so she can get a divorce with cause, kick me out of the house which she doesnt want and abandoned to move to texas so she can have exclusive use of it till the divorce, and then sell it and split the profit/debt from it.

The abuse card, maybe from just my personal experience, seems far to easy to use. Real abuse like rape is bad, diminishing real abuse with false allegations is just as bad since it makes people mistrust claims of real abuse.
