ACtually she won't owe anything I don't think. Her marriage is invalid but it still exists until it has been annulled. Not sure how Tricare DEERS etc. treats annullments for medical or BAH. I think you get to keep it until the date of annullment.

Think of it conversely - as long as her husband HAS a marriage certificate he is entitled to be in DEERS. She cannot waltz in and say - "he's a lying SOB bigamist" and they take him out. She must produce documentation of an annulment or divorce to do that. She has had neither of those. I think the only instance I can recall people getting into trouble with BAH fraud was people who married someone with no intention other than collecting BAH. They had no contact or relationship other than the ceremony and they split the extra money. Doesn't sound like that is the case here.
