Need Good Attorney Referrals in Orange County

I need a referral to a reliable attorney who specializes in overturning spousal support payments to my EX wife, one who knows the in's and outs, and who won't break the bank in the process. The last time I went back to court on this issue, my attorney didn't fight for me, put me at risk, didn't seem to know what he was doing, and it cost me a fortune.

How can I find somebody I can count on before hiring him/her? There's got to be a place where the consumer can go to find out if attorneys are good or bad. Anybody know a service or web site that rates attorneys?
