Another question: For other things not included in child support, like day care, babysitting, after school activities, etc.. is there anything to prevent the custodial parent form not hiring the most expensive babysitter or not sending the child to the most expensive music school? If i am paying 5/6 of the expense, there wont be much reason for her not to get the best. Can there be a cap on the amount that she spends on these things per year? Is it ok just to write that the custodial parent will be reasonable in her spending? If i feel that she is being unreasonable, is there anything i can do?
