What is wrong with all of you?? I am reading your responses and seeing a lot of assumptions and exaggerations being made. Let us not assume the ex-wife has no job or that she is single and then run with it! Let's not assume as stated in an above post that "he won't say anything about that" in regards to his view on the kids residing or not residing in the school district. How about asking "him" directly if it is such a concern of yours. I believe the essence of his initial question was, "is it wrong to think that the child support should be adjusted if the living arrangements of the children have changed?" I believe we would all agree that it is a big YES!! Obviously we all have diffent takes on how to approach it. I personally would hope that all involved would remember who/what is most important in all this. And that is the children. The optimum situation would be to have two parents that put their kids first, communicate well in regards to their well being, and present a unifed front when it comes to parenting them. P.S. Just think of all the money wasted on lawyers. Money that could be used for the children and their futures. Being hurt and angry with an ex-spouse can lead to knee jerk reactions that one day will be regretted.
