I did add it up and agreed to pay her based upon what she was saying even though I thought it was unfair. I did exactly as you stated - took the revised calculation for support based on 2 kids and then added an additional 200 monthly towards her purported arrears.
I'm fine doing this as it stands now so that some progress can be made (my kids are 19, 17 and 16 - so what's another 3 years of this before I can support them directly so I swallowed hard and agreed)but now she is saying I have to pay her til the age of 21 as well as pay her for college expenses. I am not against helping my kids with college, just tired of having the monies I send go to other than them.
If my court order states 18 and it is NY State does that hold?
