Did she admit this to you in an e-mail, per chance?? If not, I would send her one, hopefully, you talk via e-mail about other stuff, and it won't be quite to obvious... but just summarize the conversation, especially the part where you guys agreed to change the order verbally, and that she knew it should have been done through the courts and is taking advantage of it. Be VERY CAREFUL how you word it, but if it works, she'll respond accordingly, and you'll have proof. You don't want to tip her off that this is what you're after though, or she'll give you the "I have no idea what you're talking about" line.
