It really sounds like she wants to move to be closer to her family and so her and her boyfriend can hook up nightly. Since the ability to move the kids and (while losing CS) is something that can keep them apart, she is trying to find the excuse a judge will buy.
Too bad she didnt get a divorce in MS. Here the judges don't care much about the ability of the father to be in their kids life. If moving makes the mother feel good and be able to have her fun, that is good enough for the judges.
