I am confused about the dissolution papers being ripped up. If they were'nt filed in the court and have a signature by a Judge, they are'nt worth a dam anyway. Sounds like he prepared them and acted as though he was going along with your wishes just to control you. If they are valid papers, get a copy from the court. If not, file your own and ask for what you want but I agree with other posters that it is hard to get a Judge to let you move the kids away from the dad no matter how bad he is. It is'nt fair and makes no sense to me but thats just the way it is in the courts. On the other hand,if you have'nt yet filed, move to FL and file there once you establish residency and hope he doesnt file first in your hometown.
