I am a divorced Christian mother and I am dating a divorced Christian father (sad I know). This Christmas holiday my children went to their dads on Christmas day and I went to my boyfriends parents house late that night for Christmas. It is a 2 hour drive for me to come home and his parents told me I could just stay the night. They have extra bedrooms. I slept in one room with his oldest daughter who wanted to sleep with me because she is older (she is 9). His youngest daughter slept with him in the other bedroom, and his son slept in the living room. His parents of course were in the master bedroom. His ex is now complaining of cohabitation law being violated. She is also griping that his daughter slept with me. Does she have any grounds for a case.
