In all of the similar posts on here, I have never heard of a 'cohabitation law.'

There are some people who have been able to get a 'no overnight guests of the opposite sex' clause put into their divorce orders. If their divorce decree has that clause in there, she could file for contempt if you stayed at his house, but I don't think she can do anything about his parents inviting you to stay there.

Ask him to read through his CO.
