I have tried to get him to let me have the kids for two of his overnights and he flat out refused, so I threatened him about the emergency custody and he supposedly now has filed it against me. I feel so helpless, I can't just grab the kids and force them to stay with me, he'll just pick them up at school???? How do other woman get thier children, I don't understand how they do it
