Favored drastically in custody cases??? Not when Dad is a Divorce attorney and knows the judge. I am sooooooo screwed in everything about this divorce. I definitely never had the slightest chance of the cat bird seat. And when I have to tell people that son is living with Dad I know people think I am some kind of mother from hell cause most mothers do have custody or at least shared custody of the kids. Son a teen chose Dad cause that way he can have his girlfriend over Dad's house while Dad is gone and Dad is gone a lot. No curfew or rules at Dad's house plus he is the $$$ side and season tickets to professional sports games. I'm broke. So it doesn't always go Mom's way particularly with older kids.
