Is this uncontested? Do you have a Family Law Facilitator in your local Court? Also, don't forget Nolo Press: "How To Do Your Own Divorce" it is about $30 and has all the forms plus CD with forms; the book walks you through step-by-step and there is one for every state. Also, try EZLegal from your local Courthouse site; usually you can go through the entire form process and when complete, file right on line.
Please keep me posted. I am eager to learn if Idaho laws regarding Pro Per (self-represent) in a divorce are tedious, difficult, reasonable, or simply...simple.
