No show on the required state MA divorce counsling

Three years a go when we got divorced the judge said we needed to go to some required class within 60 days before the divorce is finalized. I guess the class is on how to behave around the children after a divorce and what ever. It looked like everyone going through divorce was required to go to this "class". Neither of us went to the class. Is there any impact on this, like are we really divorced? I never got anything in the mail saying we were now divorced. But they are taking the child support!!
