In desperate need of advice...

My name is Gene and am writing from Rockford, IL. I am currently interested in getting some legal advice pertaining to child support and child custody laws with regards to being a single father with low income. At the moment my finances do not allow me to even operate on the internet (I am on someone else's computer as I type this), so if anyone can offer me advice I unfortunately won't be able to see it in e-mail or on this message board.
